Do I come into the store and buy my cupcakes or do I need to order my cupcakes in advance?

Our 16 menu cupcakes are available and our goal is to have all flavors daily. We can accomodate up to 4 dozen (assorted flavors) and no pre order is needed. If you wish to purchase more than 4 dozen (assorted) or more than six of one single flavor you will need to place an advance order. (minimum 72 hours) *For mini cupcakes please pre-order to ensure availability :)

Are your cupcakes nut-free?

Yes. Our cupcakes and our entire bakery are 100% nut free. We do not use products or ingredients with nuts, nut allergens or that are prepared in environments that could be contaminated. We do not offer nut flavored coffees, teas or other products that could pose a problem for our customers with peanut allergies.

How do I store my cupcakes to keep them the freshest?

If the cupcakes are not eaten the day purchased they can be stored in the refridgerator in their original container. They will be good for about 2 - 3 days. You will need to take them out and allow them time (approx 45 minutes) to get back to room temperature before serving. You can also freeze the cupcakes in their original containers. These cupcakes can be used as needed and they will take approx one and a half hours to get to room temperature from frozen. The freezer does keep them the freshest.

Are mini cupcakes available daily?

Our mini cupcakes are available daily but often sell out. To ensure you get minis it is recommended that you order in advance (minimum 72 hours)

Do you offer corporate logos?

Yes we do offer corporate cupcakes! Pick from our cake and icing options and depending on the complexity of your logo we can simulate it using rice paper, fondant, handmade chocolate and/or icing. Alternatively, we can simply create a design using your corporate colors.( minimum 72 hrs advance order - 10% discount on corporate orders over $150.00)

I want mini cupcakes in one flavor only - do I have to order in advance?

Yes, if you wish minis in one flavor then a pre-order is necessary (one dozen minimum). Additionally if you wish only certain flavors in your assortment a pre order is needed.

Is it possible to get a flavor that is not on your menu?

Our goal is to accomodate our customers needs. Some of the special flavors we have created are pineapple cream cheese, white chocolate, green tea, pumpkin, marble, mocha, chocolate mandarin, coconut cream cheese icing, strawberry cream cheese, neopolitan, chocolate raspberry and many others. We also make 'cocktail cupcakes' - cupcakes that are infused with liquors like Baileys, Grand Marnier or Kahlua etc. So yes, try us and we'll do our best to make you the flavor you desire. The only cupcakes we cannot cater for are flavors with nuts since we are a 100% nut free facility. We will do your special flavor order for minimum 6 regular cupcakes or 12 mini cupcakes and need 72 hours in advance. Additional charges do apply for non menu items.

What kind of custom designs do you create with cupcakes?

We can design cupcakes around any theme or event. We create beautiful cupcakes for baby showers, bridal showers, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations etc. We also do themes such as fall, beach, special colors etc. We can do the same with our mini cupcakes. All custom orders must have a 72 hour advance notice and additional charges apply based on time requirement and complexity.

What kind of cakes do you offer?

Our cakes are made in any of our 16 flavours and are available in a range of sizes (refer to the menu). Simply choose your cake, icing, colour and message or choose one of our cupcakes and make it a cake! (Minimum 72 hours notice for orders)

Can I get a cake in a flavor that is not on the menu?

Yes. We need an advance order and additional charges apply.

Do you have delivery service for your cupcakes?

Sorry, we currently do not offer delivery but are more than happy to arrange courier service for our clients. There is an additional charge of $15.00 for courier service.

When placing an order is there some payment requirement?

All pre orders required a minimum 50% deposit which can be done by credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

How do I order a wedding cupcake tower?

Please call the store (780-444-8845) and book a free consultation. All wedding orders require pre booking. We recommend booking early to ensure getting the date, especially if your wedding is in the summer months.

How much do wedding cupcakes cost?

Wedding cupcakes are priced based on design, ingredients and complexity. Wedding cupcakes start at $3.50 each. Wedding minis start at $1.75 each. These prices include choice of icing colors, icing flavors, flavor of cake and decorations.

Do you sell or rent wedding towers?

We do have towers, both for sale (disposable) or for rent (metal or tiered white lace designed plastic)

Do you deliver and set up the cupcake wedding towers?

No, we are unable to offer this service at this time. We do, however, give you complete instructions on how to easily set up your own cupcake tower.

I wish to have a cupcake display at my event, what is the best way to set it up?

All cupcakes are best if they are still frozen while setting up a tower or any display. The cupcakes can defrost right on display and usually take 2 hours from frozen to room temperature (45 minutes for the mini cupcakes). Room temperature is the ideal way to enjoy the cupcakes. There are no worries as the cakes stay fresh for hours due to the cake being 'covered' by both the liners and the icing.
